All of our properties in this island are beautiful scenic land plots which overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The views from the plots are panoramic and absolutely stunning. Most of our land plots would be ideal for private home, villa or small resort construction for individual clients. Plots for sale according to the customer's needs concerning size and location. Interested customers can buy from 1-4 stremmatas (for house building) or more (for a larger project). There are plot sizes for each size of building.

Land area is expressed in stremmattas [units of 1,000 m2 or around a quarter of an acre]. In Greece, outside towns and villages a building plot must usually be over 4,000m2, although special permission can sometimes be obtained for smaller plots.
